• Account information: WhatsApp / mobile number, full name, and login session details.
• Order & shipping information: delivery address, contact phone, product selections, order history, and related notes.
• Session registration details: name, WhatsApp number, email, country, city, prayer request, and booking status for one-on-one prophetic sessions.
• Ministry form submissions: prayer requests, counseling requests, and contact form messages (including name, email, phone, and message content).
• Payment metadata: payment status, order identifiers, and gateway references (such as Razorpay order/payment IDs). We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Technical information: device/browser type, approximate location derived from network data, IP address, cookies, and a device identifier used for OTP rate limiting and security.
• Usage information: pages visited, links clicked, and interaction with live streams or content pages where available.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and authenticate your account using WhatsApp OTP verification
• Process shop orders, shipping, and customer support
• Manage one-on-one session bookings, waitlists, and confirmation messages
• Respond to prayer, counseling, and general inquiries
• Send service-related notifications (OTP, order updates, registration confirmations)
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized access
• Improve website performance, ministry outreach, and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing lists.

6. WhatsApp OTP & Authentication

To sign in, you provide a WhatsApp-capable mobile number. We generate a one-time password (OTP) and deliver it through our messaging partner (such as WhatsApp Business API providers). OTPs are time-limited and rate-limited to reduce misuse.

You are responsible for ensuring the number you enter is correct and that you alone can access messages on that WhatsApp account. Never share OTPs with anyone, including people claiming to represent Prophetic Digital TV.

7. Payments & Orders

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Razorpay). Those providers handle sensitive payment credentials under their own privacy and security policies. We receive confirmation of payment status and related transaction references needed to fulfil your order or registration.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share information only as needed with:

• Payment gateways and shipping/fulfilment partners
• WhatsApp / messaging service providers for OTP and service notifications
• Hosting, database, and analytics providers that help us operate the website
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably required
• Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

Service providers are expected to process data only for agreed purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

9. Cookies & Device Identifiers

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and prevent OTP abuse. A local device identifier may be stored in your browser to enforce daily OTP request limits. Disabling cookies may prevent login or checkout from working correctly.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account management, order history, ministry follow-up, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. OTP records and rate-limit logs are kept for shorter security windows and then deleted or anonymised.

Soft-deleted content in our admin systems may be retained in a recycle bin for a limited period (for example, up to 30 days) before permanent deletion.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed OTP storage, access controls for admin staff, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong device security and do not share login codes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Request deletion of certain data, subject to legal or operational exceptions

13. Children’s Privacy

Prophetic Digital TV serves viewers in India and other countries.
