These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Prophetic Digital TV and related services operated by JIAN Foundation. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
By visiting, browsing, signing in, submitting forms, purchasing products, registering for sessions, or otherwise using Prophetic Digital TV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services immediately.
Prophetic Digital TV is a ministry media platform of JIAN Foundation offering live broadcasts, teachings, events information, prayer and counseling request forms, a ministry shop, and registration for selected prophetic sessions. Our services are provided for spiritual encouragement, ministry outreach, and related community support.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent where required, to create an account, place paid orders, or register for paid sessions. By using paid features, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Access to certain features requires sign-in with a WhatsApp-capable mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You agree to:

All text, sermons, graphics, logos, videos, photos, schedules, branding, and other materials on Prophetic Digital TV are owned by or licensed to JIAN Foundation / Prophetic Digital TV, unless otherwise stated. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, broadcast, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except where fair use or applicable law expressly permits.
Live streams, replays, and media galleries are provided “as available.” Broadcast quality, schedule, and availability may change due to technical issues, events, or ministry priorities. Recording, rebroadcasting, or commercially distributing our live or recorded content without permission is prohibited.
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the shop are for information and sales purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all details are error-free. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
One-on-one prophetic sessions are limited-capacity ministry appointments. By registering, you acknowledge that:
Donations and partnership contributions support ministry outreach and operations. Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Any tax treatment depends on applicable law and your local regulations; please consult your own adviser regarding deductibility.
Payments are processed through third-party gateways (including Razorpay). By completing a payment, you authorize the charge for the displayed amount (including applicable shipping or fees). Failed, delayed, or disputed payments may delay fulfilment until resolved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on the payment provider and bank.
Prayer and counseling request forms allow you to share personal concerns with our ministry team. Submissions are handled confidentially to the extent reasonably possible, but absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances (for example, where safety or legal reporting obligations apply). Counseling responses are ministry support and are not professional medical, psychological, or legal services.
Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Zoom, payment gateways, maps, app stores, and social media. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or their terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies.
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Spiritual content and prophetic ministry are offered in faith and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIAN Foundation, Prophetic Digital TV, and their team members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to paid products or registrations shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or registration giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIAN Foundation and Prophetic Digital TV from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused OTP systems, engaged in fraud, or created risk to users, staff, or the ministry. You may stop using the services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law.
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where law requires additional consent.
